Job summary

Versar Global Solutions is seeking a qualified professional to advise and execute MILCON delivery using progressive design-build, OTAs, and CSOs. The role will focus on accelerating infrastructure delivery for Air Force programs while ensuring compliance with DoD standards and policy.

The candidate will coordinate with MAJCOMs, industry partners, and DoD stakeholders, bringing strong program management, contracting, and acquisition expertise to rapidly deliver innovative solutions with a focus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
Minimum 4 years in federal construction or acquisition programs, with at least 3 years in alternative delivery methods (PDB, OTAs, CSO).
Experience with innovative facility and infrastructure design, including PDB.
Expertise with OTA and CSO mechanisms and governing authorities (e.g., 10 U.S.C. 4022).
Experience coordinating MILCON projects and programmatic criteria in DoD policy.

Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on alternative construction methods, including progressive design-build and OTAs.
Develop strategies to integrate innovative delivery models into Air Force infrastructure programs.
Advise on acquisition approaches leveraging OTAs and CSOs to rapidly deliver technologies.
Draft policy updates and best practices for innovative construction delivery.
Monitor trends and technologies to recommend improvements for MILCON and infrastructure investments.
Collaborate with contracting officers, legal teams, and program managers to ensure compliance while maximizing speed.
