Job summary

COLSA Corporation seeks a Control Systems MILCON Analyst to support Army MILCON, SRM, ESPC/UESC projects with IT/OT and cybersecurity requirements. The role focuses on design-phase integration, documentation, and coordination across design reviews and reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities include creating workflows, maintaining project docs, and ensuring compliance with UFC/UFGS and RMF. 10+ years’ MILCON experience and DoD Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Civil) Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting Army, DoD, or MILCON projects in a technical, administrative, or coordination role.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio), with ability to create, analyze, and manage project and workflow documentation.
• Demonstrated experience creating or improving workflows and processes in support of IT/OT integration and construction-related initiatives.
• Strong communication skills including the ability to develop high-quality reports, meeting briefs, and stakeholder materials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a high-tempo, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides project coordination and task-level support for MILCON, Energy, and renovation projects with IT/OT and cybersecurity requirements.
• Tracks and manages project tasks, schedules, and milestones using formal task management systems.
• Develops, maintains, and improves project documentation and QA/QC checklists.
• Assists with the creation and refinement of repeatable workflows and SOPs.
• Analyzes Army regulations, UFC, UFGS for compliance in technical documents.
• Supports planning across design reviews, construction oversight, and system integration.
• Coordinates IPTs, working groups, and meetings with action item follow-ups.
• Prepares project updates, dashboards, and COPs for Army leadership.
• Reviews RMF packages, eMASS entries, and system accreditation documents.
• Analyzes technical, financial, and scheduling data to identify gaps and mitigations.
• Monitors RFIs, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely responses.
• Assists in transition planning between construction and IT/OT deployment.
• Maintains awareness of Army POM process and funding priorities.
