Job summary

Versar Global Solutions is seeking a MILCON Analyst to support the Air Force Civil Engineering Directorate. You will coordinate, develop, and maintain MILCON governance and program documents, respond to inquiries, and drive issue resolution with AF/A4C and SAF/IEE oversight.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, a Secret clearance, and the ability to work with DoD policies while coordinating with multiple government teams. Hybrid work with Pentagon onsite days is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required.
• Ability to apply policy to project requirements definition, programming, and execution.
• Experience analyzing government requirements and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by leading meetings and preparing materials.
• Coordinate MILCON projects and programmatic criteria per DoD policies and standards.
• Perform MILCON program analysis and generate trend, compliance and requirements presentations and reports.
• Develop and coordinate Congressional notification packages related to MILCON program execution.
• Coordinate and staff MILCON project authorization requests with Air Staff and MAJCOMs.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate MILCON DD Form 1391 packages to ensure required detail.
