Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Decom & Access Migrations Consultant to lead migrations of services being withdrawn and to execute the program plan for efficient customer migrations. You will coordinate with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Solution Architects to quote, contract, and order replacement products while tracking progress against deadlines and KPIs.

This hybrid role supports collaboration across Global Enterprise, Public Sector, and Frontier Enterprise spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of Verizon internal and external network, legacy and next-gen equipment, services, systems.
• Project management experience with leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Google enterprise (Sheets, Slides, Gemini, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Product Migration & Decommissioning Execution.
• Decom Notice Follow-up & Customer Engagement: explain options and migration pathways.
• Holistic Account Impact Coordination across an account for a single migration roadmap.
• Disconnect Order Processing: generate and submit orders with sales and customers.
• Migration Tracker Maintenance: keep real-time status across migrations for KPIs.
• Quoting, Contract Development: create quotes and documents in internal tools.
