Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Decom & Access Migrations Consultant to lead migration programs and improve customer experience in a hybrid work environment. You will manage decommissioning, engage customers, and coordinate with Sales for replacements while tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of quotes, contracts, and orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of Verizon internal and external network and systems.
• Project management experience with leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Google enterprise (Sheets, Slides, Gemini, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Manage migrations and decommissioning execution with proactive customer engagement.
• Coordinate with Sales and Solution Architects to identify replacement services.
• Generate quotes and contract documents; submit clean orders for provisioning.
• Track migrations with KPIs and ensure real-time status across all migrations.
• Collaborate with PMO, Defend and customer service teams as appropriate.
