Job summary

Verizon in the United States is seeking a Decom & Access Migrations Consultant to manage migrations, quotes, contracts, and orders in coordination with Sales teams. You will lead migration plans, engage customers, and track progress to ensure timely delivery of replacement services.

The role requires PM experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of Verizon networks and legacy systems; hybrid work with some travel and a focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Strong understanding of Verizon internal and external network, legacy and next-gen equipment, services and systems.
• Project management experience and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Google enterprise (Sheets, Slides, Gemini, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Product Migration & Decommissioning Execution: follow-up with customers after decommissioning notices and map migration roadmaps.
• Holistic Account Impact Coordination: deliver a consolidated migration plan across an account.
• Disconnect Order Processing: generate and submit disconnect orders on behalf of sales and customers.
• Migration Tracker Maintenance: update systems for real-time status across migrations.
• Catch Product Quoting, Contracting & Order Entry: identify replacement services, generate quotes and contracts, place orders.
• Coordination with PMO, Defend and customer service teams as appropriate.
