Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Decom & Access Migrations Consultant to manage service migrations, coordinate quotes and orders, and lead a cross-functional team in a hybrid work environment. You will engage customers proactively, map migration roadmaps, and ensure timely execution of decommissioning activities.

The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, strong PM skills, and familiarity with Verizon networks and Google enterprise tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
Four+ years of relevant experience, demonstrated in work or military duty.
Strong understanding of Verizon's internal and external network and legacy/next-gen systems.
Project management experience with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Google enterprise tools (Sheets, Slides, Gemini, etc.).

Responsibilities

Lead migrations of services being withdrawn and execute the migration program plan.
Coordinate customer outreach and present migration opportunities.
Map overlapping price-ups and decoms to deliver a consolidated migration roadmap.
Generate and submit disconnect orders in coordination with sales.
Track migration progress against deadlines and KPIs.
