Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Decom & Access Migrations Consultant to lead the migrations of services being withdrawn, coordinating with Sales and PMO to ensure smooth customer transitions and timely quotes, contracts, and orders. You will engage customers, map migration pathways, and drive KPI milestones across complex accounts.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of relevant experience, solid project management skills, and familiarity with Google enterprise tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience required.
Four+ years of relevant experience demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Strong understanding of the Verizon internal and external network, legacy and next generation equipment, services and systems.
Project management experience and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Google enterprise (Sheets, Slides, Gemini, etc.)

Responsibilities

Implement and execute migration strategies to improve customer experience and simplify wireline service delivery.
Lead migration plan development, scope, timelines, and customer communications with Sales and Sales Engineering teams.
Proactively engage customers post-decommissioning and present migration options.
Track migrations against deadlines (30/60/90 days) and KPI milestones.
Coordinate with PMO, Defend and customer service teams as appropriate.
