Job summary

Migration Consultant LLC in Delaware seeks an In-House Counsel to guide legal strategy, draft and negotiate contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. This role offers location independence and the chance to shape policy while supporting fast-paced growth.

You will coordinate with external counsel, monitor legislative changes, and promote best practices throughout the company. Admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction with 5+ years in immigration or corporate law
