Role Description

The Associate Attorney – Immigration will provide legal support and representation to clients seeking to migrate to the United States, including preparing and reviewing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, analyzing case facts, advising clients on immigration options and strategies, and drafting clear, well-structured legal opinions and correspondence. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to integrate legal requirements into Immigify’s AI-powered platform and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and policies. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Omaha, Nebraska, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility.
