Job summary

Cincinnati Fan, part of SPX Technologies, is seeking a MIG welder to join our production team. You will work on 1st or 2nd shift to fabricate metal components by MIG welding, read blueprints, and prepare parts for assembly.

You should have at least 1 year MIG welding experience, a mechanical aptitude, and be a team player focused on safety and quality. This role offers stable shifts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year MIG welding in production/manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and keep areas clean and orderly.
• Read blueprints / work orders and ensure parts meet specs.
• Coordinate staging, prepare metals, and transfer products between stations.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
