SPX Technologies is seeking a welder to join our Cincinnati Fan manufacturing team. You will perform MIG tack welding and support the fabrication of metal components for OEM and industrial applications.

You will read blueprints, set up welds, and ensure parts meet specifications. A strong eye for detail, safety discipline, and the ability to work with others on first or second shift are essential.

Formación

• 1 year MIG welding in production/manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Basic math skills.
• Forklift certification desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Follow all safety rules and adhere to core value of business.
• Maintain general work areas and/or equipment used in a clean and orderly condition.
• Ensure proper and effective operation of machine and tools; report repairs to team lead or supervisor.
• Read blueprints, schematics, work orders and/or assembly sketches.
• Coordinate staging and sequencing of parts, productions items, and product components.
• Prepare metals and surfaces for production; select tools, materials, gas ratios, and fixturing.

High school diploma or equivalent
