Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing first-piece inspections, updating hourly production counts, and adhering to 5S and EHS policies. A high school diploma or GED is required, with MIG experience preferred and a 60-day evaluation/test period.

Formación

• MIG welding experience preferred in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass MIG welder evaluation within 60 days of hire.
• Welding certification (MIG) within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• MIG welds to join similar or dissimilar metals meeting strength and cosmetic standards.
• Review and verify correct blueprint or work instruction for each job; identify components and weld accordingly.
• Conduct first-piece inspection and record results on job card; perform hourly quality checks.
