Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience with MIG welding and reading blueprints required.
• Ability to read measurements and fabrication drawings preferred.
• Forklift cert or equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding to fabricate and repair containers.
• Read blueprints, measurements, work orders, and fabrication instructions.
• Operate welding and fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
• Repair structural damage and complete custom fabrication projects.
• Inspect welded work for quality and integrity.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with shop personnel and management on priorities.
• Assist with inventory usage and equipment maintenance.
• Report equipment concerns and material shortages.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
