ENSTRUCTURE LLC is seeking a Welder to perform in-house and mobile repairs at our Memphis waterfront terminal. Proficiency in heavy stick welding and plasma cutting is required to ensure structural integrity of containers and chassis.

The role encompasses preventive and corrective maintenance, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and independent work. Applicants should be able to work weekends and outdoor conditions while adhering to DOT, OSHA, and IICL standards.

Qualifications

• Proactive maintenance and repair on equipment and containers.
• Excellent welding and cutting skills, including stick welding and plasma cutting.
• Strong hand-eye coordination for precise repairs.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on shipping containers and chassis.
• Weld and cut as part of routine and extensive repairs per applicable procedures.
• Measure materials and use tools to cut and fit components.
• Assess damage for estimates and complete work orders and paperwork.
• Maintain support equipment and chassis safety and reliability.
