Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks a Welder for a full-time on-site role in Chandler, AZ. You will fabricate metal components for modular building systems with precision and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include welding in multiple positions, interpreting blueprints, and selecting appropriate welding methods (MIG/TIG/Arc). A high school diploma and 3+ years of welding experience are preferred; on-site attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of welding experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; welding certificate preferred.
• Able to read blueprints and interpret weld symbols accurately.
• Comfort with using measuring tools and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Welds components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Reads blueprints and plans welding operations.
• Operates MIG, TIG, and arc welding systems.
• Clamps, tacks, and grinds parts to achieve configurations.
• Promotes safe work practices per OSHA standards.
