Volt is immediately hiring a Mig Welder in West Chester, OH for a full-time 5-month contract. The candidate should have 3–5 years of welding and fabrication experience and be able to read tape measures. Computer skills (Outlook/Email) are also required.

• Report equipment malfunctions and safety issues requiring repairs.
• General reading/writing and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Spool pieces, flanges, etc and welding outlets onto carbon steel pipe.
• Inspect work for defects, alignment of fittings, checking the end groves for proper depth, and check for bad seems splits in pipe.
• Maintain a clean and safe welding station while conforming to all the safety and quality standards.
• Report all equipment malfunctions, safety issues that requires repairs.
• General reading and writing as well as some computer skills.

Job Details

• This is a full-time 5-month contract opportunity.
• 3-5 years welding and fabrication background.
• Experience in reading tape measure.
• 1 year Computer experience, Outlook/Email.

Pay

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00per hour
