Job summary

Aerotek in Foley, MN is hiring for MIG welders on 1st shift (M-F) in a contract-to-hire role. Workers will weld and fabricate parts primarily from mild steel, reading blueprints, and operating in a busy job shop. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions as required.

Pay ranges from $22.00 to $29.00 per hour depending on experience and weld test results. Full‑time, year‑round work with a small, family‑owned shop atmosphere.

Growing manufacturing company seeking to add MIG welders to their team!

These openings are full-time, long-term roles, we are looking for career oriented individuals. These roles are on 1st shift (M-F).

Candidates will be doing MIG welding mostly on mild steel in a job shop environment. Candidates will be working on a variety of different products, and have a lot of variety throughout the day and week. The vast majority of the welding is working with mild steel. Candidates will be welding and fabricating products based on blueprint specifications. Candidates must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the day and working out of position as needed.

We are looking for candidates with 1+ year of MIG welding experience OR candidates with a welding certificate, diploma or degree.

Pay is based on previous experience, skill level, and a weld test.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
