• High school diploma or GED required.
• MIG welding experience is essential.
• AWS certification is a plus.
• 2+ years in automotive/manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding repairs on metal components.
• Use fixtures and gauging equipment to verify compliance with customer requirements.
• Label finished components and record production information accurately.
• Enter data into inventory system using bar code scanners.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
• Operate equipment safely and perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Inspect finished goods per control plan and operator instructions.
• Follow IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards; keep work area clean and safe.
