Qualifications

• 1-year certificate or 2-5 years related experience.
• AA/AS or equivalent from two-year college or related training.
• 2-5 years MIG and TIG welding in fabrication.
• Aluminum and stainless TIG welding experience required.
• Blueprint reading is a must.
• Quality-focused with problem-solving mindset.
• Welding certification or technical degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding.
• Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together.
• Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding.
• Sets up equipment and welds parts using MIG/TIG equipment.
• Reads blueprints and ensures welding meets specifications.
• Maintains 5S within the department and ensures product quality.
