Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Education or higher.
• Able to read & interpret customer drawings.

Responsibilities

• Safety: follow all safety rules and wear PPE.
• Quality: adhere to SOPs and inspect welds per specifications.
• Training: participate in relevant training activities and learn Pulverman processes.
• Productivity: report setup, run, and material usage; support productivity improvements.
• Equipment: set up and monitor welding machines; perform maintenance as needed.
• Communication: relay ideas to management and collaborate with team.
• Workflow: read blueprints, weld per drawings, and ensure proper surface finish.
• Physical: work in a fast-paced industrial environment with lifting and standing.
