Mott Corporation, an IDEX Corporation business, is seeking a TIG welder to join our Wisconsin manufacturing team. You will weld to detailed specs, prepare components, and maintain cleanliness according to QMS standards in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential as you perform quality inspections, assist with process improvements, and ensure proper documentation throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• TIG welding proficiency and experience
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, prints, and specifications
• Understand quality and cleanliness requirements in manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

• Weld solid/porous metal parts to engineering specs
• Prepare components prior to welding and maintain cleanliness in a clean-room environment
• Maintain qualification to Mott MES welding specifications
• Adhere to QMS procedures and safety requirements
• Perform leak testing and quality inspections
