Crafted Staff in Dover, PA is seeking an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator for 1st shift. The role focuses on producing clean, precise welds on fabricated metal parts. Expect to read blueprints and follow production instructions to ensure quality welds.

The ideal candidate has solid TIG welding experience and a strong attention to detail, working effectively in a hands-on fabrication environment on a 6:00 AM–3:00 PM schedule, with pay ranging from $22–$27 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on fabricated metal parts and components.
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment for assigned production work.
• Fit, position, and weld components according to job requirements.
• Read and follow blueprints, fabrication drawings, work orders, and production instructions.
• Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for quality and accuracy.
• Identify weld defects, fit-up issues, or other quality concerns.
• Prepare parts and materials for welding and fabrication.
• Perform grinding, cleaning, and finishing of welded components as needed.
• Use basic measuring and inspection tools to verify completed work.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and an organized work area.
• Follow established manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures.
• Work independently and as part of the fabrication and production team.
