Responsibilities

• Prepare parts and materials for welding and fabrication.
• Perform grinding, cleaning, and finishing of welded components as needed.
• Use basic measuring and inspection tools to verify completed work.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and an organized work area.
• Follow established manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures.
• Work independently and as part of the fabrication and production team.

TIG Welder / Fabricator – 1st Shift

Location: Dover, PA
Pay: $22.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced TIG Welder / Fabricator to join a metal fabrication and manufacturing team in Dover, PA.

This is a hands-on welding position focused on producing clean, accurate, high-quality welds on fabricated metal parts and components. The ideal candidate has solid TIG welding experience, strong attention to detail, and takes pride in precision fabrication work.

What You'll Do
