Job summary

TORQ Coatings is hiring a Sales Trainer to build the Midwest’s premier in-home sales organization. You’ll own the one-call sales process, lead onboarding, and deliver weekly trainings while coaching reps in the field.

This role travels throughout the Midwest, partners with leadership to recruit and develop top talent, and shapes a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Salary is $70,000-$80,000 base with performance incentives, health benefits, and hybrid flexibility when not

Qualifications

• Proven success in in-home sales and sales training.
• Passion for coaching and developing others.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest.
• Organized, disciplined, and comfortable with technology.
• Excited to build something special, not just inherit it.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and certification for all new sales reps.
• Conduct weekly sales trainings, role-playing sessions, and workshops.
• Travel throughout the Midwest to coach teams and support new market launches.
• Ride along with reps and provide real-time coaching.
• Review sales calls to improve close rates, average ticket, and consistency.
• Train on our one-call sales system, objection handling, product knowledge, and CRM.
• Work closely with leadership to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
• Help build a championship sales culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
