Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communications, or education.
• 1-2 years' experience in sales, sales training, or related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate instructional materials (outlines, handouts, classroom exercises).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Delivers, and evaluates training programs for sales representatives, managers, and internal staff.
• Facilitates engaging learning experiences in classroom and field environments.
• Keeps current on product lines, selling programs, and sales promotions.
• Maintains an accurate and timely schedule and completes training goals.
• Collaborates with other departments to create training materials.
