Job summary

Eaglestone is seeking a Regional Sales Engineer to grow our Midwest territory by building deep customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored, technically informed solutions.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Sales leadership to design proposals, travel to client sites, and drive revenue while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical or field sales in manufacturing, preferably conveyors/automation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to achieve objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with engineering, applications, production, sales, and leadership to develop solutions.
• Travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events to promote products.
