Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in project management or related discipline.
• 12+ years of engineering or operational experience.
• Excellence in global project management.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Technical background in life sciences/pharma preferred.
• Experience with project accounting and procurement processes.
• Formal Project Management training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional design and construction projects and teams.
• Ensure quality and effectiveness through risk assessments and fallback strategies.
• Provide leadership for planning, development and execution of regional projects.
• Manage budgets using PM tools to stay within authorized limits.
• Develop strategies aligning with customer business objectives.
• Coordinate vendor selection and contract negotiations.
• Mentor engineers and supervise project staff as needed.
