Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 8+ years of engineering/operational experience.
• Post-graduate education/degree is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium- to large-size projects within engineering specialty requiring risk-managed execution plans.
• Develop execution strategy including procurement, cost, scope and schedule controls.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and manufacturing to set scope, priorities and schedules.
• Perform economic analyses and feasibility studies related to complex project alternatives.
• Mentor others and act as a Subject Matter Expert within the discipline.
