Job summary

The role requires 12+ years in engineering/operations, strong stakeholder communication, and PM discipline experience. A healthcare or pharma background and formal PM training are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field with 12+ years of engineering/operational experience.
• Demonstrated excellence in global project management.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and managing procurement processes.
• Formal Project Management training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, global projects or programs to achieve strategic objectives.
• Manage budgets, risks and quality across project life cycles.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors for on-time delivery.
• Communicate with senior leadership and stakeholders across regions.
