Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, science, or closely related discipline; 8+ years of engineering/operational experience.
• Post-graduate education/degree is desirable and may contribute toward experience requirements.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to work on complex problems with multiple factors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and deliver quality results on major projects.
• Identify, plan, and manage medium- to large-size engineering projects.
• Maintain project controls for cost, scope, and schedule; develop execution strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and manufacturing to define scope and schedules.
• Perform economic analyses and feasibility studies for complex alternatives.
• Design and lead complex experiments; gather data and perform detailed analysis.
• Mentor others and share technical expertise.
