Job summary

HICO America is seeking an Outside Sales Manager for the Midwest region. You will drive sales across the product lines including power transformers, gas-insulated devices, and FACTS solutions, while leading a team of local sales reps and building champion relationships with clients.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel within the Midwest; some international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or business from an accredited university.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience selling complex construction projects (substation solutions preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Teams/360.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and profitability across HICO America product lines in the Midwest region.
• Manage and develop a team of local sales representatives; build champions.
• Travel within the territory for client visits, conferences and meetings; some international travel may occur.
• Develop and deliver sales solutions to customers and collaborate with internal teams to close deals.
