Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Manager, Regional Sales to lead a field sales team across the Midwest. You will set strategic direction, coach staff, and drive attainment of regional sales goals for IV Therapy products.

This role offers salary range $125,000–$150,000 plus eligibility for the Sales Management plan and a company car; final pay depends on experience. Travel is frequent; strong business and clinical knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years healthcare industry experience; medical device sales preferred.
• 2+ years of team leadership or management experience.
• Strong negotiation, communications, and business planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas for IV Solutions, infusion pumps, and related products.
• Define territory strategy and prepare sales forecasts.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team.
• Develop and manage opportunities in the sales funnel and report results.
• Travel frequently within designated geography and beyond as needed.
