Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA in the Midwest seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the IV Therapy Sales Team to guide infusion pumps, IV solutions, and disposables. You will lead field sales efforts across the region, coaching a team to meet regional sales goals and manage the operating budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in healthcare with device experience, and 2+ years of management. Travel >50% and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
5+ years in healthcare industry required; device sales preferred.
Minimum 2 years of team leadership/management experience.
Strong negotiation, communication, planning and sales strategy skills.
Experience with ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve regional quota for IV Therapy line (infusion pumps, IV solutions, sets, accessories).
Define territory strategy and implement tactical sales plans.
Lead, coach, and motivate regional sales team.
Develop and manage opportunities pipeline and close deals.
Review objectives and development plans for subordinates.
Travel within geography and occasionally outside as needed.
