Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager II to lead planning and execution of the facility capital program across the Midwest (Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky). The role collaborates with Real Estate teams and business units to identify opportunities and secure leadership approvals for high-impact projects.

You will oversee the capital infrastructure replacement program, manage risk, schedule, cost, and quality, and coordinate with external partners to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience, High School/GED with 9 years of related work experience is acceptable.
• 5 years related work experience is required for degree holders.

Responsibilities

• Plan assigned project(s) including scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality.
• Create / Staff / Lead Project Team and provide leadership to matrixed groups.
• Establish and maintain communications among project/program stakeholders and governance teams.
• Execute projects within approved scope, cost and schedule constraints.
