Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager II to oversee the development and execution of the Midwest capital plan, including Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky assets. You will partner with Real Estate, BU leaders and external partners to drive project success across multiple facility types.

The role requires coordinating scope, schedule, cost, safety and environmental plans, with matrixed teams and PMCoE guidance. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of project management experience.
• Or HS/GED with 9 years of related work experience.
• PM certification/engineering licensure and related credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan assigned project(s) including scope, schedule, cost, safety and quality.
• Create, staff and lead the project team across functions.
• Establish and maintain communications among project stakeholders.
• Execute projects within approved scope, cost and schedule constraints.
