Job summary

Duke Energy in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in delivering project scope, schedule, cost and quality. The role covers a portfolio of mid-to-high risk projects in the Carolina West-Central region, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three on-site days per week at the Duke Energy Plaza.

You will collaborate with engineering, project controls, construction management, supply chain, and operations, ensuring PMCoE standards are followed

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree AND 2 years minimum related experience
• In Lieu of Degree, High School / GED AND 5 years minimum related experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• PM certifications (e.g., CAPM/PMP) valued

Responsibilities

• Lead and staff project teams with internal and external partners
• Establish and maintain communications among project stakeholders and governance teams
• Plan scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality aspects of assigned projects
• Execute projects within approved scope, cost and schedule constraints
