Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager II to oversee the capital plan, project development and execution for the Midwest region (Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky). You will coordinate with Real Estate teams and BU leaders to identify opportunities, gain approvals, and manage delivery of facilities from corporate structures to operations centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years related work experience required.
• In lieu of degree, 9 years related work experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Plan assigned projects including scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality.
• Lead and staff project teams across internal and external organizations.
• Maintain communications with stakeholders and governance teams.
• Execute projects within approved scope, cost and schedule constraints.
• Manage documentation, reporting and close-out activities.
