Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years of sales or customer service experience.
• Proven results in customer relations.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Google.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor LGE website emails and distribute to sales staff.
• Order construction plans from cities, counties, states, and private consultants.
• Submit new customer account information to accounting.
• Perform Sales Project Management maintenance and data entry.
• Retrieve customer tickets and invoices from the portal.
• Process customer credit card orders and deliveries.
• Maintain ticket detail reporting for Ace Ready Mix and related entities.
• Coordinate material deliveries, freight, and logistics.
• Handle material sample request forms and quality data submittals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
