RMH Systems LLC in the Midwest is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our sales operations. This role combines customer support, sales support, order quoting and entry, and project coordination to ensure timely delivery and installation.

The ideal candidate has a 2-year degree (or equivalent) with inside sales experience, strong computer skills (Outlook and Office), and excellent English communication. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this full-time position.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associates Degree or similar inside sales experience is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is acceptable.
• Strong computer skills and typing ability with Outlook and MS Office.
• Fluent English communication, reading and writing required.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders daily as provided by the outside sales team.
• Handle customer service calls and follow-ups, manage freight and quotes.
• Coordinate with sales and parts departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with quotes, proposals, and order entry on smaller projects.
• Maintain customer contact files and back up other inside sales team members.
