Job summary

Fujifilm North America Corporation seeks a seasoned channel sales professional to drive revenue and build profitable partner relationships in the Midwest region.

You will co-develop business plans with channel partners, manage forecasts, and ensure partner training and certification to Fujifilm standards while collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to maximize channel performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of prior sales experience in Printing device/Office Products.
• Experience with forecasting, pipelines, CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of market conditions in targeted segments.
• Ability to forecast product sales and manage sales pipeline.
• Excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop channel partner sales plan to meet revenue goals.
• Co-develop annual/quarterly business plans with partners and review performance.
• Review territory KPIs and financial performance weekly to quarterly.
• Manage 30/60/90/120-day forecasts by partner and product.
• Update CRM reports and partner activity.
• Build relationships with partner contacts at executive, sales, procurement, finance.
• Drive partner trainings and ensure certification to standards.
• Lead marketing and demand generation with partners.
• Support product launches and pricing changes with partners.
