BASF's Agricultural Solutions is seeking an Agricultural Products (Seed/Crop Protection) Retail Account Manager for the Midwest region. You will be the face of BASF in key retail accounts, promoting BASF Crop Protection, seeds, digital tools, and services to drive growth and market share.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's with extensive sales experience (MBA preferred), strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% within Eastern South Dakota,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15 years’ experience selling to large corporate accounts; MBA preferred.
• Valuable selling, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to identify influencers and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Work to achieve sales targets and manage budgets.
• Lead the local BASF sales team and share best practices.
• Coordinate across U.S. Crop regions to maximize investment.
• Embed into customers' business to drive growth across technologies.
• Develop roadmaps for consistent sales growth and share of wallet.
