The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of sales experience, proven quota attainment, and excellent verbal and written communication.

• Excel at time, territory, and resource management, enabling you to effectively prioritize and achieve business objectives.
• Are proficient with digital tools and technologies, including Microsoft Office applications and agricultural sales platforms such as Sales X and Salesforce.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and use data, insights, and technology to support strategic decision-making and deliver results.

Aufgaben

• Establish strategic business and agronomic plans with key growers, serving as the primary BASF contact and delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
• Develop territory and retailer plans to drive growth across seed, crop protection, and seed treatment portfolios.
• Create demand for BASF seed and crop protection products through targeted sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Provide expert agronomic, seed, and crop protection recommendations to growers and retailers.
• Forecast and manage KPI performance to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
• Collaborate with sales teams and partners to implement customer plans and accelerate business results.
• Build partnerships with retailers and agronomists to maximize product placement and performance.
• Develop market development strategies and product positioning initiatives to support territory growth.
