Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Gaming Support Tech or Midway Tech to service and maintain our games, simulators, and equipment while assisting Guests and ensuring an engaging, high-energy experience. You’ll work with team members to keep midway areas clean, safe, and inviting, greeting Guests with enthusiasm and promoting an enjoyable visit.

Flexibility for days, nights, and weekends is required. Previous technical or electrical experience is preferred, and candidates must be at least 18 years

Qualifications

• Provides guest-focused service in a fast-paced environment.
• Repairs and maintains midways and amusement equipment as needed.
• Communicates effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through games, food, and service.
• Repair and maintain amusements equipment and games in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests with requests and answer questions, promoting sales and ensuring satisfaction.
