Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to repair and maintain our games, simulators and equipment while providing friendly guest service. You’ll help keep the midway running smoothly and assist Guests with questions, working flexible shifts including weekends.

Ideal candidates have technical or electrical skills and are at least 18 years old, with a willingness to learn and keep areas clean and organized for optimal guest experience.

Qualifications

• Technical or electrical skills preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain games, simulators and equipment.
• Provide guest assistance and maintain game conditions.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly game maintenance as directed by management.
• Stock, display and secure merchandise when applicable.
