Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems and takes corrective action where necessary.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information to Guests and Team Members.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assists Guests by repairing and maintaining amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Loads and refills tickets in redemption games and secures storage areas.
• Maintains merchandise in storage areas and conducts inventory as applicable.
• Ensures games are clean, accessible, and in good working order.
• Assists other Team Members to foster a cooperative working climate.
