Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is hiring Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs in the United States. The role involves repairing and maintaining games, simulators and related equipment while assisting Guests and ensuring optimal player conditions at all times.

Responsibilities include providing great Guest experiences, keeping supervisors informed, managing queues, and performing daily maintenance as directed. Must be 18+, with strong communication skills and optional technical prowess.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile while serving Guests.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to clearly communicate with Guests and Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games.
• Inform supervisor of issues and take corrective action when needed.
• Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times.
• Assist Guests by repairing and maintaining amusements equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized Midway and game areas.
