Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. in Richmond, VA is seeking Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to repair and maintain our games, simulators and technical equipment while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will greet Guests, assist with requests, load tickets, stock merchandise, and help keep the midway clean and safe. Flexibility to work days, nights and/or weekends is required; a technical aptitude and clear communication are important assets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
• Must clearly communicate with Guests and Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the midway.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure ticket storage areas.
• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and provide information as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Midway games and tech room.
