Job summary

Dave & Buster's is a fun, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Techs maintain midway games and equipment while delivering great Guest experiences. You will assist Guests, perform routine repairs, and help with ticketing and merchandise areas.

Candidates should be friendly, 18 years or older, and able to communicate clearly with Guests and Team Members. Evening and weekend shifts are common in this role at our San Jose location.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to clearly communicate with Guests and Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of amusements equipment and games.
• Assist Guests by repairing and maintaining games and technical equipment.
• Stock, display, and secure merchandise in storage areas.
• Provide timely, accurate service and manage wait times for Guests.
