ProSource Group in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support major HVAC and infrastructure projects.

The role covers preconstruction through installation, commissioning and closeout, with emphasis on coordination between field teams, engineers and suppliers. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial HVAC/mechanical construction and readiness to take on more responsibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience within commercial HVAC or mechanical construction.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, specifications and equipment schedules.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, procurement, scheduling and project documentation.

Responsabilités

• Supporting HVAC projects from preconstruction through installation, commissioning and closeout.
• Reviewing mechanical drawings, specifications, equipment schedules and project documentation.
• Coordinating major HVAC equipment including chillers, boilers, cooling towers and BMS/controls.
• Managing RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, equipment releases and change-order documentation.
• Tracking procurement, project costs, schedules and material/equipment deliveries.
• Coordinating with Project Managers, field teams, engineers, vendors and subcontractors throughout project delivery.
